GAM appoints Chris Conway as Director of Performance Marketing and launches a limited design-partner program.

The new GAM offering combines proprietary marketing data infrastructure with direct performance execution and outcome-aligned commercial agreements.

Sydney, Australia: Growth Analytics Marketing (GAM) today announced that Chris Conway has joined the company as Director of Performance Marketing, alongside the launch of a new, limited-access paid media profitability program for selected design partners.

The program is built around a single commercial objective: increasing the incremental profit generated by advertising. GAM connects customer, commerce, advertising and margin data through its proprietary marketing data platform, then operates a continuous loop across measurement, budget allocation, bids, targeting, creative and conversion.

The commercial model combines a base operating fee with a performance component tied to an agreed business outcome. Companies begin with a performance audit covering tracking and conversion signals, cross-channel performance, customer value, profitability constraints and a prioritised execution plan.

From insight to accountable execution

GAM has supported growth teams with analytics, data infrastructure and marketing operations since 2016. Its technology was developed to make that technical work faster, more reliable and reusable. The new program extends that foundation from insight into direct, measurable performance execution.

By operating real advertising budgets through the same data and decision layer, GAM can continuously validate its models, attribution logic, activation pipelines and optimisation playbooks under real-world conditions. Experienced performance leadership

Chris Conway brings hands-on experience managing more than US$100 million in paid media spend across search, paid social and performance channels for leading brands. He will lead performance programs and translate live account learning into stronger measurement, execution and product systems.

Founder Yalcin Kaya will continue to lead GAM's data, measurement and technology direction. Together, Kaya and Conway combine the technical foundation required to understand commercial performance with the operating experience required to improve it.

A deliberately limited cohort

The design-partner program will initially work with a small number of companies where commercial data, media activity and decision access make credible incremental-profit measurement possible. Participation is assessed through a discovery conversation and the performance audit.

GAM's proprietary technology layer powers the program, including first-party tracking, identity resolution, customer modelling, lifetime-value analysis, server-side conversion delivery, unified reporting, AI access and action logs.
